I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the presentation on twitter! I appreciated his comment on not letting things overwhelm you....take what is useful and ignore the rest. Don't think you have to read every comment. I have 91 friends on facebook and tend to err on the side of thorough, not wanting to miss anything. I'm extrapolating this to email as well.
